This policy explains what information the PYRA founder program collects when you apply for or hold a founder seat, why we collect it, and how it's handled. PYRA is an internal development program operated by 3grams. It is for adults of legal age.

Information we collect

When you submit a founder application, we collect the information you provide:

• Your full name (which you confirm matches your Zelle name)
• Your Instagram handle
• Your email address
• Your Zelle email or phone number (used to send the founder contribution request after approval)
• Which device you have (Peak Pro or Proxy)
• Your answers to the screening questions (development experience, prior 3grams purchase, competitor affiliation, and how you heard about us)
• The agreements you accept, including the exact text and version, with a timestamp

We also automatically record technical information with each submission to help verify applications and prevent fraud or infiltration: your IP address, approximate location, network/ISP information, and browser/device details, along with submission timestamps.

Why we collect it

• To review your application and manage access to the founder program
• To verify identity and reduce fraud, impersonation, and competitor infiltration
• To request and confirm the one-time $20 founder contribution via Zelle
• To communicate with you about your seat, access key, and the development program
• To issue and, where necessary, revoke your individual access key

How it's stored and who can see it

Applications are stored in access-controlled Cloudflare storage. Application notifications are emailed to the program operator ([email protected]) through an email provider (Resend) acting on our behalf. We do not publish your information, and only the program operator has access to it.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own use. Information is processed only by the infrastructure providers we use to run the program (such as Cloudflare and Resend). Your $20 contribution is sent through Zelle; Zelle's own terms and privacy practices apply to that transaction, which happens between you and us through your bank.

Retention

We keep your application while it is pending and for as long as you hold a founder seat. If your application is declined, if you leave the program, or if the program ends, your information is deleted. You can request deletion at any time (see below), subject to any records we must keep to document consent or a prior agreement.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion by emailing [email protected]. Because access is tied to your identity and agreements, deleting your information also ends your participation in the program.

Security & confidentiality

Access to PYRA is tied to an individual key issued to you. As a condition of membership you agree to keep the app and its materials confidential. Data and builds may carry identifiers tied to your key. Misuse or leaking of program materials can result in immediate and permanent removal from the program. See the Terms for details.

Changes

We may update this policy as the program evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
