3GRAMS GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. SPONSOR
This promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by 3Grams Inc. (“Sponsor”), 602 W Lantana Rd, Suite D, Lantana, FL 33462, United States.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members are not eligible to enter or win.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins on:
March 23, 2026 at 12:00 AM (EST)
and ends on:
March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM (EST)
(“Promotion Period”)
Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.
4. HOW TO ENTER
A. ENTRY VIA PURCHASE (PROMOTIONAL ENTRIES)
During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals will receive promotional entries based on qualifying purchases made at:
- Each product will clearly disclose the number of promotional entries included
- Entries are automatically recorded using the email address associated with the order
- Promotional entries are provided as a bonus and not as consideration for entry
B. FREE ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase:
Hand-print your full name, mailing address, valid email address, phone number, and date of birth on a plain 3”x5” card and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to:

- Must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received by April 5, 2026
- Limit one (1) entry per envelope
- Each valid mail-in entry receives the same number of entries as the highest entry-value product offered
- Incomplete or illegible entries are void
5. ENTRY LIMITS AND CONDITIONS
- No limit on purchase-based entries
- Mail-in entries limited to one (1) per person per day
- Entries must be submitted by an individual entrant; bulk or automated entries are prohibited
- Sponsor may disqualify any attempt to manipulate or abuse the entry system
6. PRIZES
Three (3) winners will be selected.
Prizes include:
- Prize 1: M-Shea Puffco Attachment — ARV: $1,000 USD
- Prize 2: Limited Edition White Peak OG (2018) + Travel Pack (New In Box) — ARV: $500 USD
- Prize 3: Cash Prize — $300 USD
Total ARV: $1,800 USD
- Prizes are awarded “as is”
- No transfer or substitution except at Sponsor’s discretion
- Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value
7. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about April 5, 2026.
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
Winners will be contacted via email.
- Must respond within 48 hours
- May be required to sign eligibility and liability/publicity releases
- Failure to comply = disqualification + alternate winner
9. TAXES
Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 if required.
10. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Where permitted by law, entry constitutes consent to use winner’s name, likeness, and state for promotional purposes without further compensation.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if integrity is compromised.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Entrants release Sponsor from liability related to participation, prize use, or technical failures.
13. DISPUTES
Governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
No class actions. Venue in Florida courts.
